Kola (Cola acuminata [P. Beauv.] Schott. & Endl.) contains caffeine, with traces of theobromine; tannins and phenolics, including d-catechin, l-epicatechin, kolatin, and kolanin; phlobaphene, and much more. This extract is standardized to contain 10% alkaloids (caffeine).

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
