Privacy & Cookie Policy

Who we are
SupLabel (supplabel.com) is run by an individual publisher based in Croatia (EU), who is the data controller for this website. Contact: info@supplabel.com.
What we process and why
- Server and security logs. To deliver and protect the site, our hosting server (Hetzner, Germany) and our CDN/security provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the referring page. Server logs are rotated and deleted after about two weeks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Cookieless page-view counter. We count page views without cookies. Each request is reduced to a daily-rotating hashed identifier (derived from IP address, browser and date), the page path and the referring site, so visits cannot be linked across days. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Google Analytics 4 — only with your consent. If you click “Accept”, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. If you reject (or don’t choose), no analytics cookies are set and Google only receives cookieless signals without identifiers (Consent Mode). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). See Google’s privacy policy.
- Retailer and affiliate links. Product pages link to retailers such as Amazon and to brands through affiliate networks (CJ Affiliate, Awin). When you click such a link you leave SupLabel; the retailer or network may set cookies on its own site to attribute a purchase, under its own privacy policy. We only receive aggregated commission reports — never your name, contact details or order contents.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Cookies
SupLabel itself sets no cookies. The only cookies used on supplabel.com are Google Analytics cookies, and only after you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time:
International transfers
Google, Cloudflare and the retailers/networks above may process data outside the EU, relying on their own safeguards (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@supplabel.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes; the date above shows the latest version.
