Suggested use: as a dietary supplement mix 1-2 scoops of Egg-Cellent protein in 6-12 fl. oz. of cold water within 30 minutes of your workout. Egg-Cellent may also be consumed anytime of the day, between meals, or can be added to your meals i.e. oatmeal to help you build lean muscle.
