FODMAP DPE is a specialized blend of spore-forming probiotics and digestive enzymes that assists the body in properly digesting highly fermentable foods, commonly known as FODMAPs (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols). Garlic, onions, apples, and many other nutrient dense foods can be very hard for some to digest. By limiting digestive fermentation, FODMAP DPE eases symptoms like gas, bloating, constipation and other digestive discomforts that occur from enjoying FODMAP foods.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Take FODMAP DPE with 8 oz of water at the beginning of each FODMAP containing meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Additional capsules may be taken for larger meals or during periods of occasional discomfort. Maintenance: 1 capsule per meal. Increased support: 2 capsules per meal.
