Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop in eight (8) ounces of juice or water and drink immediately. On workout days, take one (1) serving thirty (30) minutes prior to training and an additional serving no later than thirty (30) minutes post training. Loading Phase: For the first seven (7) days of use, take one (1) scoop four (4) times daily (20g/day). Maintenance Phase: For days eight (8) through thirty (30), take one (1) scoop two (2) time daily (10g/day). Cease consumption for seven (7) days and then repeat this cycle.
