Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: Combine 1/2 teaspoon herbal mixture with 1 teaspoon honey and blend together to make a paste. Take directly from the spoon or add to warm water and drink as a tea. Take two times daily after meals. For acute relief, take three times daily. For a vegan option, use maple syrup in place of honey.
