Sitopaladi is a traditional Ayurvedic formula for bolstering the immune system and promoting health and well-being. It promotes healthy expectoration and supports proper function of the lungs and sinuses. Sitopaladi removes excess vata, pitta, and kapha from the head and chest helping to promote clear, healthy respiration. “Sitopala” literally means “rock candy” an ingredient that soothes pitta and calms vata. “Adi” means “etcetera” and refers to the heating herbs and spices that help to enkindle the digestive fire and burn kapha.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
