Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica) is excellent for supporting proper function of the lungs. A bitter, astringent, and cooling herb, it eliminates excess pitta and kapha from the respiratory tract. Vasaka promotes healthy bronchodilation and supports clear, comfortable breathing.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
