Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: Laxative for occasional constipation. For adults and children 12 years and older. Take 2 to 4 caplets daily, preferably all at bedtime, or individually throughout the day. Caplet(s) should be taking with a full glass (8 oz) of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Children under 12, ask a doctor before use.

Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, a magnesium-restricted diet, stomach pain, nausea or vomiting, or sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over 14 days. Stop use and talk to your doctor if you need to use a laxative for more than one week, or have rectal bleeding or no bowel movement after using this product. These could be sighs of a serious condition. Do not use this product if printed safety seal bearing "Bayer HealthCare" under cap is torn or missing.
