Intake instructions: Shake well. 36-72 drops (appx 1-2 droppsers full) 2 times a day in water, juice or tea. Before The Flow should be taken 7 days before your menstrual cycle begins, continuing use until day 2 or 3 of your cycle. For optimal results, use for 3 cycles in combination with After The Flow.
