Recommended dosage: 30g of powder (3 scoops) into 500 mL of water. Let it set for 30-60 seconds. Recommended dosage: Mix 30g powder (3 scoops) with 500 mL water in a shaker and let it set for 30-60 seconds. Directions: On training days, drink about 30 minutes before or after an intensive workout. On non-training days, drink in the morning or evening.
