Recommended dosage: Stir 4 g (1 scoop) Muscle Creatine in 150 ml of fluid (e.g. water) and consume preferably before and after training. On non-training days, take 4 g with plenty of liquid (150 ml) first thing in the morning and again before bed time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Advice: To achieve a positive effect 3 g of Creatine should be consumed per day.
