Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement for adults, 1 rounded furnished scoop (3 grams) in 8 oz. of water, juice or beverage of choice, or as directed by a health professional. Take one to three times daily. Psyllium gels quickly, so mix and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water.
