Lyophilized Liver Extract is a specially prepared nutritional supplement derived from organically-grazed cattle and contains absolutely no trace of pesticides or synthetic hormones. Prior to extraction, the liver is lyophilized (freeze-dried) to protect the delicate nucleoproteins and polypeptides from denaturation. Then it is subject to hydrolysis to extract a high concentration of Superoxide dismutase and Catalase. These nutrients are potent antioxidants and serve as a support to liver function.
