SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take up to 8 weeks before discontinuing for a minimum of 4 weeks. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Make sure you allow at least 6 hours between servings. MORNING: Take 1 capsule. MID-AFTERNOON: Take 1 capsule. For those with exceptionally high tolerances to stimulants, you may take up to 2 capsules at a time, but it is advised that you start with 1 capsule to assess tolerance. Never exceed 2 capsules at a time or 4 capsules in a day. Athlete Disclosure: Due to the unique restrictions of amateur and professional sports organizations (WADA, NCAA, NFL, MLB, NBA, UIL, etc.) it is recommended that you consult with the appropriate governing body before taking this or any other dietary supplement.
