Suggested usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) tablets daily or as directed by your health care professional.

Formula re: Contains

In a base to provide prolonged activity over a 6 to 8 hour period. The release of iron will begin within 30 minutes of ingestion of the tablet and will take up to 8 hours.
