Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Directions: To access tolerance, start by taking 2 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning. An additional 2 capsules can be taken 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance is assessed, dose ca be increased to 3 capsules in the morning and 2-3 capsules 5-6 hours later.

Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not use longer than 8 continuous weeks without taking a 4 week break. Do not take with any other products or foods containing caffeine or other stimulants.
