It has also been emulsified for faster absorption, easy digestion, and will completely disperse when mixed into liquids.

Unlike longer chain fatty acids, MCTs are quickly and easily absorbed with no need for bile salts or modification by the digestive tract.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 11 grams (approx. 2 teaspoons) with food one or more times daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Can be taken alone or mixed in yogurt, juice or other beverages.
