Directions: Quercetin is a bioflavonoid commonly found in many fruits and vegetables, with the highest levels found in apples and onions. Like most other bioflavonoids Quercetin is a potent antioxidant. It is commonly used as a supplement for a variety of health benefits including immune system and blood glucose management support as well as reducing the stress response to exercise. Bromelain has been included with this Quercetin supplement for enhanced immune system support.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules per day on an empty stomach, this dose can be repeated again in the afternoon if desired. It's not recommended to exceed 6 capsules per day.
