Tauroursodeoxycholic acid, more commonly referred to as TUDCA, is a bile salt that is found naturally occurring in the body. TUDCA is used primarily as a liver health support supplement but also may support many other areas of health including cognitive function.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: As a supplement, take 2 capsules per day on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 4 capsules in one day. Side effects are more likely at doses exceeding 1,000mg.
