The root of American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius L.), of the Araliaceae family contains more than 20 saponin triterpenoid glycosides, called ginsenosides. American Ginseng has more RB1 than RG1 ginsenosides. This extract is standardized at 5% ginsenosides.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily between meals, or as advised by your health care professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
