The root of Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis [Oliv.] Diels) contains a volatile, aromatic oil with ligustilide, butylene phthalide and butyl phthalide, as well as non-aromatics including ferulic acid and various polysaccharides.

This extract is standardized at 0.9% ligustilide.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule 3 times daily between meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
