Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 15 grams daily. Stirring briskly, dissolve 1 rounded teaspoon (approx 5 grams) of powder in water, juice or other liquid drink, 3 timer per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. This product is designed to be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or after food, supplements and/or medications.
