Pygeum (Pygeum africanum, syn. Prunus africana) bark contains phytosterols, including beta-sitosterol; pentacyclic triterpenoids (ursolic and oleanic acids); and the ferulic esters of long-chain fatty alcohols such as docosanol and tetracosanol. This extract is standardized at 12% to 13% phytosterols.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Usage:As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule twice daily between meals, for several months, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
