Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis [Turcz.] Baill.) has small red berries, with the “five flavors” (sweet, sour, pungent, bitter and salty) of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Schisandra contains lignins (schisandrins and gomisin A), B-bisabolene and vitamins. This extract is standardized at 9% R-schisandrin.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily between meals, or as advised by your healthcare professional. If digestive irritation occurs, take with meals.
