Mitomix Ketogenic Blend can be added to any beverage (hot or cold), your favorite shake or smoothie, or to your Dr. Mercola Organic Greens or Organic Fruits. To create a ketogenic Mitomix Coffee, blend a cup of coffee with a serving of Mitomix Ketogenic Blend and a serving of Mitomix Keto Creamer.

Suggested Use: Adults, as a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop (3.5 g) with 8 fl. oz. of hot or cold beverage until desired consistency is reached.
