Directions for EVP 3-D: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 8-10 fl. oz. of cold water 20-30 minutes before training. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Some individuals may experience a tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine.

Always consult a physician before using EVP 3-D or any other dietary supplement product, especially if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any pre-existing medical condition, including but not limited to high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or thyroid disease, kidney, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, recurring headaches, pernicious anemia, or difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement. Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant, expect to become pregnant, are nursing, or are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking medication used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors, antidepressants that are classified as monoamine oxidase inhibitors ("MAOIs"), or any other medications.
