Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Shake well before every use. As a dietary supplement, first time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) of EVP AQ for their first few training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12-16 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice 20-30 minutes before training. Advanced users can mix 1 serving (2 tbsp) with 22-32 fl. oz of cold water or beverage of choice. Do not exceed (1) serving (2 tbsp) within a 24 hour period. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. 1/2 cap = 1 tbsp 1 full cap - 2 tbsp

Always consult wit your physician before using EVP AQ or any other dietary supplement product especially if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or thyroid disease, kidney, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, psychiatric disease, diabetes, reoccurring headaches, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement. Do not use if you are prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heart rate, dizziness, severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking medication used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors MADIs or any other medications.
