Myo-folate combines myo-inositol and folate, ingredients that support fertility and preconception health. Myo-inositol is a member of the B vitamin family, and has been studied as an insulin-sensitizing agent that supports egg quality and ovarian health. Adequate intake of folic acid may reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Myo-folate contains methylfolate, the active form of folic acid used by the body.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions for use: mix one packet per day with 8 ounces or more of water or any non-carbonated beverage. Stir thoroughly to ensure contents dissolve completely.
