Suggested use: As a dietary supplement mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of PURE BCAA 2:1:1 with 8-16 fl oz water or other beverage and drink immidately. Take PURE BCAA 2:1:1 before, during, or after activity to promote muscular strength, performance, recovery, and repair.
