Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Creatine with water or your favorite flavored beverage. Loading Phase: Take 2 servings of Creatine twice daily for 3 days. Take 2 servings in the morning and 2 servings in the evening. Maintenance phase: Take 1 serving of Creatine twice daily.
