Recommended Adult Dose: In a glass, add eight ounces (250 ml) of water, juice or milk to three tablespoons of Maxi Pro and mix. Take two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications or healthcare products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
