Suggested use Adults: Every morning, 20 minutes before eating, take two capsules with water. Children (Ages 6-12): 2-3 times weekly, 20 minutes before eating, take one capsule with water. If you wish, capsule may be opened and contents mixed in purified water or mashed fruit.
