Directions: Spray 8 sprays onto large areas of skin such as the forearm, thighs, and sides of abdomen. For sensitive skin, spray on the soles and arch of your feet. Slight tingling sensation may occur as the magnesium soaks in, particularly on thinner areas of skin. Soak: Add 2 oz to your bath or foot soak for 20-30 minutes. Children: Dilute 50/50 with pure filtered water. Note: Application to certain skin areas may cause an itchy sensation or irritation. This can be remedied by diluting the magnesium oil down with pure water or, alternatively, by spraying the soles or arch of your feet.
