Suggested Use: Start with 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to exercise to assess your tolerance. Take 2-4 capsules in the morning, ideally on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to exercise, or spread throughout the day. Do not exceed 4 capsules in any 24 hour period. To maximize efficacy, taper up to 4 capsules in the morning, and take 4 capsules of our stimulant-free fat loss formula "cAMP PM" in the evening.
