Suggested use: Adults: Take 2 capsules nightly 30-60 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-12 oz. of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Use Super Colon Cleanse Night about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
