Suggested Use: Pour two cups (about 16 oz) of boiling water over one tea bag. Steep for about 2 minutes, and then discard the tea bag. Drink one cup after dinner and a second cup the next morning: repeat until relieved. After the first week, you may use only one cup (8 oz) of boiling water per tea bag. Enjoy this tea hot or cold. Flavor of the tea may be accommodated to the individuals' taste, by steeping for a shorter time.
