Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: On day 1, take one (1) capsule with evening meal, then take four (4) capsules before going to sleep. On days 2, 3, and 4 take four (4) capsules three times a day, with each meal. On days 5 and 6 take three (3) capsules three times a day with each meal. On day 7 take two (2) capsules a day with each meal. Take all capsules with 8 ounces of water or milk and with food.
