Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Immediate support - Take one softgel with water every three to four hours. Increase suggested use to two softgels with water should you need additional support. Proactive - As a preventative measure, take one softgel with water twice a day, five days prior to menstration.
