Directions: Shake well before use. Stir 1 rounded tsp into a glass of water, and take on rising or sip throughout the day, or as your health professional advises. Do not take more than 3 teaspoonfuls a day. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Avoid eating within half an hour after taking.
