DIRECTIONS: Sprinkle 1/2 level teaspoon a day onto cereal or fruit, or stir into juice, building gradually to 2-3 level teaspoons a day (children over 5 years, 1/4 level teaspoon a day, building gradually to 1 level teaspoon a day), or as your health professional advises.
