Directions: Place mouth over mouthpiece and breathe in normally through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Prolonged inhalation is not necessary. Do not breathe out through the pipe. When first using, you may experience some coughing or sneezing as your respiratory system clears. For best results use regularly for 15-25 mins per day.
