Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the pineal gland (a small endocrine gland that affects the sleep patterns). Melatonin plays a vital role in your sleep-wake cycle and naturally declines with age and illness. Supplementing with melatonin can provide a near immediate increase of melatonin levels. Greater prevalence of melatonin can help resolve existing melatonin deficiencies and dramatically improve various areas of wellness including sleep quality, immune function, menopausal symptoms, and stress level.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested use: Adults place 1 serving (1/2) strip on tongue 20 minutes before bedtime daily. Each 1/2 strip contains 10 mg of melatonin. Alternatively, place 2 servings (1 full strip) on tongue 20 minutes before bedtime. Each full strip contains 20 mg of melatonin. Note: It is suggested to start with a single serving (1/2 strip) daily and alternatively increase to 2 servings (1 full strip) until desired results are achieved.
