Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions: To promote healthy brain function, take 1 capsule twice daily. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. It is recommended to take the second dose of RecalMax at least 4 to 6 hours prior to bedtime. A potential side effect of L-Arginine is dry mouth. Drink the recommended 64 ounces of fluids daily when taking RecalMax.

Warnings/Precautions: In clinical trials, RecalMax has been used safely with minor side effects for up to four months. Possible side effects include mouth dryness.

Arginine may interact with certain heart and blood pressure medications. Please talk to your doctor before taking RecalMax if you have low blood pressure or are on heart medication before talking to your doctor. Pregnant women and women who are nursing should not take supplements without first talking to their doctor.
