Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 serving in 8-10oz. of water during or after activity. As a dietary supplement for advanced athletes, mix 2 serving in 12-14oz. of water. Drink at least ten 8 oz. glasses of water per day.

Warning: This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children.

Precautions re: Pregnant or Nursing or Prescription Medications

Before using product, seek advice from a physician if you are unaware of your current health condition or have any preexisting medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, psychiatric disease or bipolar disease or if you are taking a MAO-B inhibitor or any other prescription or over-the-counter medication. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration or exposed to excessive heat.

If you are a competitive athlete and/or subject to drug testing, consult with your sanctioning body prior to use to ensure compliance. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reactions.
