Directions for use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 serving in 8-10 oz of water once daily. Never consume more than 1 serving in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Read warnings and only take as directed.

Do not consume caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Consult with your physician prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you are taking medication, including but not limited to, MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or other stimulants.
