Recommendations: Take 2 capsules as acid indigestion occurs. Repeat every 4 hours, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Swallow whole; do not dissolve in mouth or chew.

Do not use this product if you are on a sodium-restricted diet or are currently taking a prescription drug, unless directed by your healthcare practitioner.
