Did you know there are two types of muscle cramps? That's right. If you start cramping during a match, that's a sign that your body is low in Potassium. If you cramp up after the match, or at night - that's a sign your body is low in magnesium.

Jigsaw Pickleball Cocktail is especially useful during long Pickeball tournament days and contains both Potassium and Magnesium - two key electrolytes. It also contains Redmond's Real Salt which has important trace minerals that regular sodium-chloride doesn't have.
