Notice: This product contains senna, cascara, rhubarb root, buckthorn bark, and psyllium husk. Read and follow directions carefully. This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain because senna, cascara, rhubarb root, and buckthorn bark may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over 2 weeks, if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions

Suggested Use: 2 capsules both in the morning and again at bedtime along with a large glass of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. Start with one capsule at each time of day and increase to two, if comfortable.
