Directions: Take 3 capsules twice daily. On training days, take one serving (3 capsules) with 12 ounces of water 15 minutes prior to training and one serving (3 capsules) within 30 minutes after training. On non-training days, take one serving (3 capsules) in the A.M. and another serving in the P.M. A2 Pump(TM) can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal.
